Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

exchanges will be the only option for Custom orders.  You will have 30 days to notify us of an exchange from the date the item arrives to you.


We strive to make sure all of our Brides are Completely Satisfied with their transaction. WE OFFER A 100% EXCHANGE GUARANTEE and you have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of an Exchange. If you purchase a piece and decide it is not quite right for you, we will gladly exchange at the purchase price minus shipping, but ask that you cover the return shipping on the item. All refunds are given once the item has returned in it's original condition. Due to the nature of these orders it can take up to 12 weeks from the CAD approval to be completed. Usually it is closer to 6-8 weeks though. Resizing can be done on all rings for an additional fee. Fee is dependent on additional length and shipping requirements. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

**Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with no damage or alteration.  Jewelry that has been resized or altered in any way cannot be exchanged. Please contact me for prior to making an exchange. It is suggested to be sent back with insurance, tracking and signature on delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping.

I offer a one-time free repair on all accent stones and prong repairs of my Jewelry also. As with most rings I would recommend having them cleaned and inspected annually by a professional. I am unable to cover loss of stones.  IF YOU TAKE YOUR RING TO BE REPAIRED BY ANOTHER JEWELER THIS FREE REPAIR IS VOID

**********Also please Educate yourself about your desired stones. Many of the diamond alternative stones have characteristics you need to be informed of. Unfortunately I can not go over all of the Details. But some are, feathers or inclusions that naturally occur in stones, Also that Some Stones can change color if exposed to chemicals i.e. swimming pools and cleaning supplies long periods of direct sunlight. PenelliBelle can not be held accountable for lack of educating yourself about the stones you are buying. Please ask questions and if you do not know do not expose your stone to excessive sun, chemicals, showering and labor intensive activities. WHEN IN DOUBT JUST TAKE IT OFF to protect it. All stones can be cleaned with NATURAL dish soap and a soft baby tooth brush with very gentle scrubbing with warm water.************
